An outing that doesn't reach its threshold is cancelled: nobody pays and it doesn't count towards your earnings. Participants also pay a 5% service fee, which does not reduce your share.

Which plan should you choose for your volume?
At CHF 29.– per month, Pro becomes better value than Free from about CHF 967.– of places sold per month; Business (CHF 99.– per month) becomes better value than Pro from about CHF 3'500.–. The simulator above compares the three plans for your pace.

Which rules protect participants, and you?
- Your bank account is linked via Stripe, with an identity check: that's the Verified badge.
- For your first 3 outings: at most CHF 1'000.– worth of places per outing (price × places), payout after 7 days.
- If 20% or more of participants report a problem, the payout is frozen and the outing reviewed.
- No external links and no off-platform payment: that's what protects participants, and your reputation.

How much does an organiser earn on Partants?
90% of the price of paid places (93% with the Pro plan, 95% with Business). Example: 12 places at CHF 35.–, you receive CHF 378.–; the 10% commission covers online payment, sign-up management, reminders and refunds.
How much can you earn in a day?
Add up the day's outings that reach their threshold: for each one, you receive the price of the paid places minus the commission. Example: 3 yoga classes in a day, 12 participants at CHF 25.–, you receive CHF 810.– with the Free plan. The simulator on this page does the maths for your activity, per day, per week and per month.
Can you organise several outings on the same day?
Yes. Each outing (a morning class, an evening class, two matches, two tours) is published separately, with its own threshold: those that reach it go ahead and are paid, the others are cancelled at no cost to anyone.
When do I get paid?
48 hours after the outing, to your bank account linked via Stripe. For your first 3 outings, the delay is 7 days, while trust is built.
Do I have to pay upfront to book the venue or the guide?
No. You only book once the threshold is reached, when you know the outing is going ahead. Set the threshold at the number of places that covers your costs.
Do participants pay fees on top of the price?
Yes, a 5% service fee is added to the price of paid places, paid by the participants (none with Partants+, CHF 6.90 per month). It does not reduce your share.
Do I need a company to organise?
No, an individual can organise. The income you earn from your outings may however be taxable and subject to AHV/AVS contributions depending on your situation; check with your canton's tax administration.
What happens if I cancel?
All participants are refunded in full automatically. Repeated cancellations lose the Verified badge and can lead to the account being suspended.
