No. You join the outing for free. You only pay for your place once the minimum number of sign-ups set by the organiser is reached: you then receive a link and have 48 hours to pay (card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device).

The outing is cancelled automatically on the deadline and nobody pays anything. You receive an email and can join another outing.

It is collected by Partants via Stripe and held until the outing. The organiser only receives their share after the outing, and only if fewer than 20% of participants report a problem. If the outing is cancelled, you get a full refund.

Before the threshold is reached, you can leave in one click, free of charge. Once paid, your place is put back on sale: as soon as another participant takes it and pays, you are refunded automatically.

They link their bank account via Stripe (identity check included). Their share, the price of the places minus the Partants commission of 10%, is paid out 48 hours after the outing (7 days for their first three outings).

Anyone: individuals, coaches, guides, craftspeople, associations, bars, venues and companies. Publishing is free. For their first three outings, a new organiser is limited to CHF 1'000.– worth of places per outing.

Each paid place has a 4-digit code, shown in your account and in the confirmation email. The organiser takes the roll call from their phone. For an online outing, the joining link is only sent to participants who have paid, one hour before.

It depends on your price, the number of sign-ups and the number of outings in the day: each outing that reaches its threshold earns you 90% of the price of the paid places (93% with Pro, 95% with Business). Example: 3 yoga classes in a day, 12 participants at CHF 25.–, you receive CHF 810.–. The simulator on the Organise page does the maths for your activity.

A 5% service fee is added to the price of a paid place (no fees on free outings). It is waived with Partants+, at CHF 6.90 per month.

On the login page, click “Forgot your password?”: you receive a link valid for 45 minutes to choose a new one.

Yes, up to 6 places per sign-up, for example to come with friends. You pay for all the places at once.

Every member has a personal link in their account (Referrals tab). The person who creates their account with this link gets CHF 5.– of credit on their first paid outing; you get CHF 5.– of credit once they've taken part in that first paid outing.

When the person you invited has taken part in their first confirmed paid outing, paid at least in part by card, TWINT or another payment method: once the outing has taken place and the organiser has been paid, no refund is possible any more and the credit is yours. Until then, it shows as “pending” in your account.

When paying for a place, tick “Use my credits”: the amount is deducted, up to 100% of the place's price. If everything is covered, the place is booked without payment. The organiser is always paid the full price: credits are funded by Partants.

Yes, 12 months after they were earned; you receive an email 30 days before. They're personal and can't be exchanged for cash. If an outing paid with credits is cancelled or doesn't reach its threshold, they're returned to you automatically.
