Frequently asked questions
How much does Partants cost for a participant?
Signing up is free. On a paid place, a 5% service fee is added to the price set by the organiser. With Partants+ (CHF 6.90 per month), you no longer pay any service fee.
What commission does Partants take?
10% of the price of paid places, deducted from the payout to the organiser, only if the outing goes ahead. 7% with Pro (CHF 29.– per month), 5% with Business (CHF 99.– per month).
Do free outings cost anything?
No. Publishing and joining a free outing costs nothing, neither for the organiser nor for participants.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account. It remains active until the end of the paid month.
