Data controller

Partants, a brand operated by Wealth Broker Management SA, Rue Robert-Céard 6, 1204 Genève, IDE CHE-204.655.359. Contact: contact@partants.ch. This processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1).

Data processed

  • Account: first name or nickname, email, password (stored as a hash, never in plain text), optional town and bio.
  • Sign-ups: outings joined, number of places, payment status, ticket code, attendance, feedback after the outing.
  • Organisers: published outings, participants, payouts. Bank and identity details are entered directly with Stripe; Partants has no access to them.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe; Partants never sees or stores card numbers.
  • Technical: a hash of the IP address to limit abuse.

Purposes

Managing your account, your sign-ups and your outings, collecting payment for places, refunding, paying organisers their share, sending you emails about your outings (confirmation, payment, reminder, feedback), preventing fraud.

Who receives your data?

  • The organiser of an outing you join sees your first name, your number of places and your ticket code, not your email.
  • Our technical processors: Supabase (database, Zurich), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email sending), Stripe (payments and payouts). Some may process data outside Switzerland, with the safeguards provided for by the FADP.

Retention period

Account data is kept as long as the account exists, then anonymised. Accounting data related to payments is kept for 10 years (art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it from your account, delete your account or write to contact@partants.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies. Your login is kept in your browser's local storage. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
